Join us for Pedal to Peace, and help restore safety and peace to area families impacted by domestic abuse!

Grab your bike and round up your family, friends, and colleagues on September 19th at 12 p.m. for Pedal to Peace on the Katy Trail! This non-competitive, fun bike ride supports domestic violence survivors in the St. Louis area. Help raise awareness and support programs for survivors and their children. Your participation strengthens the movement to end domestic violence, empowers families impacted, and helps move them from crisis to resiliency.

Our event begins at the Katy Trail's Matson Trail Head, just southwest of Defiance, MO on Highway 94. Starting at noon, join us for games, raffles, snacks, and fun! If you're only able to join us for the ride, that's perfectly fineā€“just make sure to make your way to the Trail Head prior to 2 p.m., when the ride will begin!

Bike this gorgeous old rail trail as you ride to Augusta and back for a total of 10.8 miles round-trip. Return home with the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference in your community by riding in Pedal to Peace.


Adults registration is just $30, while kids' tickets are only $15! Remote riders will pay $30 as well.

Registration includes snacks, drinks, and an awesome Pedal to Peace swag bag.


Can't make it on September 19th? You can still help us Pedal to Peace! Simply sign up as a Remote Participant - Pedal to Peace Partner, and ride the 10.8 miles on your own, either outdoors or on a stationary bike. You can join the movement to end domestic violence from the comfort of your own home, gym, or street. We'll even make sure you receive your Pedal to Please swag bag after the September 19th event.

After registering for the September 19th ride, you will receive all the tools you need to set up your own fundraising page! The process is very simple and can easily be shared with friends and family via social media or email. All riders are encouraged to raise at least $50, and the rider who collects the most donations for ALIVE will receive a special prize!
